Paul Bongiorni

Principal Broker/Owner

Paul started Pioneer CRE after 7 years as a commercial agent in Massachusetts and Connecticut. He has facilitated numerous commercial transactions, working with both local and national companies/investors.

Paul holds a brokers license in both states, along with Unrestricted Construction Supervisor and Home Improvement Contractor licenses. He also owns and manages property of various asset classes, and is actively engaged in several local redevelopment projects.

William Cahillane

Advisor

Will is an experienced agent, investor, and public building official. He has held roles as both a building inspector and construction project manager for the city of Springfield, MA.

Will is a licensed salesperson, construction supervisor, and building code official.

Jonathan Viruet

Advisor

Jon is a licensed salesperson and grew up in the construction business. He has hands-on experience with numerous major renovations, and is also versed in property management.

Jon is an Ivy League graduate, holding a degree from Brown University.
